If you are Ferrero Rocher lovers, but prefer you when eaten missed butterfat, emulsifiers, palm oil, raising agents or wheat flour, you must try the recipe for raw Ferrero Rocher and you will be very pleasantly surprised by the final taste.



150 grams hazelnuts

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

pinch of salt

3 tablespoons vegetable syrup (maple, rice, agave or tamarind)

chopped hazelnuts



1)        Blend hazelnuts in a food processor until chopped into fine pieces

2)        Add cacao, vanilla powder and salt, blend again

3)        Add syrup, blend until the ingredients start stick together

4)        Create balls with one hazelnuts at the middle

5)        Wrap balls chopped hazelnuts to cover the balls (I still wrapped in a thin layer of tamarind syrup, hazelnuts make a better hold on the ball)

6)        Put in the fridge for on hour

    This ferrero rocher is a blast! I love a combination of hazelnut and cacao together with a crunchiness. It makes it really yummy. You don’t need the commercial ferrero rocher anymore. It is so easy to make your own!
